Support Request regarding FHIR Extensions (Bachelor Thesis)

Dear InterSystems-Maintainer Team,

I am currently conducting a comparative evaluation of FHIR clients as part of my
bachelor thesis in health informatics. One of my evaluation criteria is the response
time to support inquiries.

Therefore, I would like to kindly ask the following question as part of my analysis:
How can I read and write custom FHIR extensions using your client library?

If available, could you point me to any documentation or examples?

Many thanks for your time and support!

Kind regards,
Rüya Gökoglu

Comme des Garcons 2025 Drop Includes Hoodies and Converse Heat

In 2025, comme des garcons remains a name that goes beyond fashion. It goes beyond intention, structure, and subdual design. Rei Kawakubo's vision still governs not just the way CDG employs clothes, but also the manner in which individuals perceive when they dress in it. Unlike cacophonous brands, comme des garcons never trends. Rather, it advances with quiet strength, introducing fresh forms, subdual colors, and robust comfort.

This year, two of the essentials characterize CDG's aesthetic: the revamped comme de garcons hoodie and the new line of CDG Converse. Both have become essentials for fashion-for-purpose devotees. Streamlined silhouettes, improved materials, and intelligent fits make the 2025 collection feel grown-up, contemporary, and new.

CDG is not a showman. It respects attention. And those in close attention will discover that the new releases are some of the best CDG has produced in years.

Comme de Garcons Hoodie Sets the Tone

The 2025 comme de garcons hoodie gives a less formal shape and sharper silhouette. Made up of a combination of midweight fleece and brushed cotton, the hoodie keeps its shape without the drag. Gently soft to the touch on both sides, the top can be worn next to skin or layered over a tee without added bulk.

Shoulders and arms are a little looser fit but cropped slightly at the waist. This silhouette provides balance, so the hoodie is boxy to fit together with wide-leg pants, tech pants, or straight denim. The ribbed cuffs and hem are now thicker, and that helps keep the shape tight after multiple washes.

This recession introduces three fresh tones: ash moss, deep blackstone, and washed almond. They all naturally accompany the remainder of CDG's low-key wardrobe. These hoodies appear to be created for calm days, crisp clothing, and everyday confidence. They are not soaked in graphics. The fashion is never loud, always precise.

CDG Converse Returns in Sleek 2025 Style

The classic CDG dialogue gets a considered update this season. CDG has preserved the Chuck 70 platform but introduced new elements to create more comfort and aesthetic appeal. High-tops and low-tops come this season in natural canvas and luxurious suede.

Branding is still minimalist now. The red heart boom of seasons past is absent, instead replaced by sharp print under mesh or tone-on-tone embroidery concealed within the heel. It's still CDG—but grown-up, refined. Materials are improved with tighter stitches, heavier canvassy walls, and soft lining that makes them more wearable on a daily basis.

The most coveted are the slate grey high-top with foxing texture and low-top sand suede with minimal rubber badging. These sneakers maintain the CDG aesthetic in simplicity and without frills. They pair so well with the comme de garcons hoodie, blurring into an image that is peaceful, urban, and modern.

Clothing That Feels Like Personal Space

What is so unique about commedegarconsstore.com in 2025 is how it tackles presence and space. Every piece provides the wearer with space—space to move, space to be. The hoodie is neither too loose nor too tight. It finds its place where it needs to. The sneakers don't define the style. They enhance it. CDG design is all about returning control to the wearer.

Even on new tees and sweatshirts, this ideology persists. The garment-dyed tees in subdued tones come with ever-so-slightly dropped sleeve and concealed logo tag in the seam. The dense and smooth fabric gives shape to fit with its weight. These shirts won't stretch or hold on for dear life. They don't move.

CDG's cotton long-sleeve tops are not cut haphazardly either. The hem is curved, but not quite. The neck is not tight, and high. There is no hurry in the cut. Every line looks earned.

Layered Looks with Light Outerwear

The comme de garcons hoodie also pairs well with the brand's new outerwear. CDG releases technical jackets in 2025 using washed nylon and rubberized cotton. Some of the stands out include the cropped wind jacket in soft beige. It has a hidden zipper, waterproofed pockets, and a clean neckline just below the hoodie's hood.

The second best-seller is the raw grey oversized double-zip bomber. It's lined with mesh and has a back vent for airflow. The pieces advance CDG's visual language: clean styling, functional detail, and complete absence of noise.

There are no reflective prints or neon patches to be seen. It's all "present, not performing" with CDG coats. That's the idea. It's clothing for today's world, not for Instagram.

Accessories for Real-World Wear

Accessories from CDG seasonally are no exception, maintaining the same emphasis on soft design and intelligent construction. A crumpled canvas wide-brimmed hat has been an unlikely bestseller, available in clay brown, faded navy, and pale moss. It has an adjustable inner band and a soft crown that rolls up neatly into a bag.

CDG also refreshes its tote collection. Its new shoulder bags feature rubber-coated zips and low-key branding stitched in and overdyed cotton. These things aren't for us—us, us, us. They're for you. They're not to be Instagrammed. They're to last.

Retail Experience That Mirrors the Product

The CDG shopping experience inside CDG boutiques remains in line with the attitude of clothing. The flagships, both in Tokyo, Paris, and Seoul, are art gallery design. The merchandise is spaced far apart from each other. Soft music is played. The individuals are not aggressive. They're there. You aren't sold to. You're invited to slow down.

Even on the web, the comme des garcons store is understated. It will not get you crazy with pop-ups and required sets. It displays clean photos, full-body fits, and simple size charts. The site loads in an instant, scrolls efficiently, and provides room. In an era of quick checkout and quicker remorse, CDG affords time to think.

New Drops Remain Local, Reserved, and Scarcity

One of the most interesting things CDG continues in 2025 is its “silent drop” program. These are surprise pieces that appear only in certain cities, often without any announcement. In Berlin, a washed rose version of the comme de garcons hoodie sold out within a day. In London, a waxed canvas CDG converse with ghost stitching released quietly for those who walked in at the right time.

No, resale alert. No. Influencer feed. Simply design for those who see upclose fashion. CDG does not have faith. It believes in trust. These drops render fashion local. A gift not an exchange.

Comme Des Garcons Brings Identity Without Effort

In 2025, comme des garcons continues to produce clothing that allows individuals to be themselves. It doesn't provide character or disguise. It provides lightness. That's why the hoodie is one of the most-worn pieces in CDG. It's snappy and soft, pliable and clean.

The CDG converse rests next to it—prepared, sturdy, long-lasting. They are the building blocks. The remainder of your wardrobe is built upon them. Dressing for the office, going for a walk, or airport rotation, CDG fashion equips you with comfort and practicality without forcing you to put on an act.

CDG shows that just because fashion has to shout to be heard does not mean it has to scream. The most commanding items are often the quietest.

Last Word: CDG Speaks in Style, Not Decibels

The 2025 CDG collection, headed by the elegant comme de garcons hoodie and re-styled CDG converse, is not clothing. It is a statement. A statement to slow down, dress for utility, and prioritize design over detail.

In a brash, fast-falling, viral-sneaker, done-to-death universe, comme des garcons simply continues on its own trajectory. It's for those already in possession of who they are—and just require the proper attire in which to express it.

This is not fashion for the masses. This is fashion for the sage enough to listen
